What comes in the mail each week is usually feast or famine. This week though, it was quite the feast. Here’s the haul:
- The Quest For The Trinity (2 copies courtesy IVP Academic)
- The Unfolding Mystery of The Divine Name (also courtesy IVP Academic)
- A Mouth Full of Fire (again, courtesy of IVP Academic and the newest volume in the NSBT series)
- Dangerous Calling (courtesy of Mathew Sims for guest posting on his blog)
- 2 Kings: The Power and The Fury (the last volume in an order I placed with WTS Bookstore a few weeks back)
I’ve got several other books I’m finishing, but I’m tempted to go ahead and start Dangerous Calling. The others from IVP Academic I’ll probably wait until I get the other tied, but we’ll see how well I actually stick to my plan!

Nate, how do you read so much so quickly?! Are you a bot? Honestly though, it’s very impressive.
Sometimes I don’t necessarily read everything cover to cover, but I usually block off a couple of hours a day, and some extra time on Saturdays.
And I took a speed reading class in high school.
It comes at a price, so I’m actually trying to slow down a bit, believe it or not!
