Kind of Like Memento

This could be my last full day of class.

My Friday class doesn’t have an attendance policy, so if I skip it, this morning was my last formal class here at DTS.

I thought it would be a good idea to reflect on my journey somewhat, but in a slightly non-traditional way.

In talking about the journey, I’ll be talking about the journey here in Dallas, but also the journey getting here to Dallas.

Before I started blogging with WordPress, I was using MySpace as my blog, which itself had replaced my Xanga.

As I am going about re-creating  the blog here, I’m going to go back and integrate those posts into this blog.

Since the MySpace posts are in a word document, they will look like new posts.

However, before I publish them, I will be changing the date stamp to match the original.

So, what’s going to happen on here is that I am going to simultaneously reflect on my last four years here in Dallas, while also posting in reverse chronological order entries that were leading up to my time coming here.

Here in a little while then, I’ll post what was my last MySpace blog before I deleted my account and moved to Dallas.

I’m not sure what frequency I’ll post the oldies at, but I’ll probably stretch it out over the summer.

Just thought though you might like a heads up. Hope you enjoy, the style is markedly different, but it’s also a style I am going to move my theological reflections towards.
